Petitioners beg to submit that over 100 years ago plagues

frequently broke out in petitioners' village, but after they had built

a temple on the hill at the right of their village, they enjoyed

good harvest and good health. They believed that this indicated

the blessing of their God. Afterwards some villagers, with intent

to bring more prosperity to their village, removed the temple to the

believe that this is true. They realize that their remedy lies in

the demolition of the present temple and in the re-construction of

the temple on the original site.

Petitioners beg to put up the above reason why they have

to apply for the purchase of the land for their temple and hope

that the District Officer will approve their application.
